HoMe SwEeT hOmE

So I haven't really had time to put up any new pictures, not that we take very many anyway! We have been pretty busy, which seems normal for us now days. I have been at The EyeCare for 3 months now and LOVE it. The time flies by when I am there and I love the girls I work with. We celebrated our 6 month anniversary this last week and acutally this same week we have been together a year! Time just flies by. I can hardly believe that this time last year we had our first date. Its so amazing how quickly two people can fall in love and begin their lives together. :)

This last week my whole family (minus me and Brendan) went on a vacation to California. While they were gone we stayed at my parents and watched their dogs for 10 day! It was almost like it was a vacation for us too. Except we got to go home when we wanted and still had all the everyday responsibilities as we do now. It was a little weird going back and forth between our apartment and my parents house. But I will tell you one thing, it is definately nice to be home and FINALLY sleep in my own bed.

We are super excited for the next couple of months of summer! We have some fun vacations planned and can't wait to kick the summer off, with our first trip to LAKE POWELL. We love Lake Powell and are SO excited! We are going in June with my family and then we have the Samson family reunion in July. And possibly Vegas? We haven't really worked out all the details on that one yet. And then to end the summer we are going to Bear Lake with my in laws and we can't wait. We are hoping to be able to get to DisneyLand this year too. Maybe for our Anniversary? :)

Busy Bodies :)

Our busy bodies have been very busy lately. I have been working at REED EyeCare for the last month and a half and I LOVE it there. I am so happy there and the girls i work with are a hoot!! I am so glad that I am there it is a great place to work and there are lots of opportunities to grow there. Brendan started a new job at Love Cleaning and he likes it there a lot so far...it is really flexible with his school schedule and it has pretty good pay.
We moved into our new apartment the beginning of February and we absolutly love it there. Its cute and little and quiet...well as quiet as an apartment can be. We feel all grown up now with a place of our own!! We are really excited for summer and are already planning some fun get aways! In July we are going to Vegas for my birthday...yeah vegas!! And then to Bear Lake in August and of course the Samson Family Reunion sometime this summer. Can't wait for summer :)

ImPoRtAnT tHiNgS iN LiFe

Its funny how things can happen in life that cause us to pause and really think about our friendships and choices we make in life. We have so little time here and I think a lot of the time we overlook some of the most important things in life. Lately life has made me stop and realize how important my friends and the relationships I have with them are. Friends are hard to fine and sometimes even harder to keep. I've found that there are those few people you meet in your life that no matter what life brings you, you're friendship with them will always be there. I feel very grateful to know that I am one of those lucky people to have a few great friends that I can trust and rely on for anything that may come up in life. <3

FoReVeR hApPy :)

I finally got our wedding pictures from our photographer and posted some of the ones I really liked...although there are a million!! I didn't want to post all of them. Its fun to look back at them (even though it was only 2 1/2 months ago) and replay the day through my head. It was the happiest day of my life, so far. I am so grateful that I married such a good man and that we can spend our whole lives and forever together. The support we got from our family and friends was wonderful, thank you so much...Love you all! :)

We're Married :)

Well...WE'RE MARRIED! And its great! We love it, its definately different then dating but its still so much fun. We've been so busy with work and the Holidays, I've hardly had time to update this thing! So...here we go...the first set of pictures are the most recent. We went to see the Willard Lights with my family this year, it was our first time going and they were so fun. We also saw santa there too! :) The next set of pictures are from our honeymoon...there are only a few and then the last ones are my bridals.
